About Teri
Before founding Ladybug Photography Inc. eight years ago, Teri was a full-time staff photojournalist at the Seattle Times in Seattle, Wash., the News Tribune in Tacoma, Wash. and the Idaho Statesman in Boise, Idaho. She has been nominated twice for the Pulitzer Prize for her photojournalism and while at the Idaho Statesman was named Idaho Photojournalist of the Year. Teri has been awarded the title of Washington Wedding Photographer of the Year by the Professional Photographers of Washington for the past three years (2002, 2003, 2004). Teri's work has been published in LIFE magazine, USA Today, The New York Times and in LIFE's Classic Photographs books, as well as in the numerous wedding magazines listed below. She is the president and founder of Ladybug Photography and is a member of the Professional Photographers of Washington and the Professional Photographers of America.
